My Favorite Food Recipe (the easiest food I can made ^^)

INDONESIAN FRIED RICE (NASI GORENG)
 Original recipe makes 4 servings

Ø Ingredients

1 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups water
cooking spray
3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1 leek, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1/2 pound peeled and deveined prawns
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (Indonesian kecap manis)

Ø Directions
1.    Bring the rice and water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender, and the liquid has been absorbed, 20 to 25 minutes. Spread onto a baking sheet, and refrigerate 2 hours until cold.
2.    Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Pour eggs into hot skillet. Cook until the eggs begin to set, lifting up the edges of the set eggs to allow the uncooked egg to contact the hot pan, about 1 minute. Flip omelet in one piece and cook until fully set, about 30 seconds. Slice omelet into 1/2 inch strips.
3.    Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir in the onion, leek, garlic, and chile peppers. Cook, stirring, until onion is soft, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in the chicken, prawns, coriander, and cumin, mixing well. Cook and stir for approximately 5 minutes.
4.    Mix in the cold rice, sweet soy sauce, and omelet strips; cook until shrimp are bright pink and chicken is no longer pink in the center, 3 to 5 minutes.

just a scratch

Untitled

A name came into my concentrated imaginary mind

Flashed lightly affecting sense

Intuitions raged shaking the brain

Camouflage of reason that did not occur fall to me

Will always so?

Sometimes I'm confused about the meaning of a smile

Implies an unusual and untouched by minor thoughts

I’m hurriedly living in intimidation of destiny

I want to rise up against the tradition

Traditions about maneuver of treason

Though only a revolution without end that I got

Sketch of age is infecting

Boredom is gnawing

I want to think for a moment to remove this stupid illusion,

and regardless of the wishful mirage that rising

But my subconscious is always calling your name

My power is lost to dismiss it

I'm a man who wasted the time that stranded in the mortal world

My senses eroded by intuitions about you

And now I just dreamy alone...

Description:

Why the title is untitled? Because when I wrote it, I just write what comes to my mind and I actually did not intend to write a poem, but when finished writing it has turned into like this. So I am confused to determine an appropriate title for this poem. After I re-read this poem, actually this poem is a poem about love, but because I am allergic to something that lilting, then I change the image of this love poem by using words that do not follow the Indonesian music market at this time (Malay and lilting). This poem tells about a man who was betrayed by his lover but he continued to crave. Even though he knows he is just waste of time and just lived in foolishness, because his lover will not come back. But he is always not be able to dismiss the fact that he is always craved her. (Maybe this poem can be said like NOAH's song, “I live for you, I die without you”.)
